The Town of Woodstock commissioned Frazier Associates to help finalize a new
wayfinding system. Because the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) maintains
the right-of-way through the Town, the wayfinding design review and approval process
had to comply with guidelines found in the VDOT Community Wayfinding Sign Manual. Working with the Town’s new brand and several previously developed sign design options by others, Frazier Associates finalized the preferred sign design and created a vehicular trailblazer wayfinding sign programming to meet VDOT standards. The firm assisted as needed with VDOT coordination through the design and review process to attain approval for implementation.
