Frazier Associates designed this modern farmhouse style home to take advantage of the tremendous views and hilltop setting in eastern Rockingham County. Expansive porches, both open and screened, on three sides of the house provide relaxing spaces that transition beautifully to the homes interior open floor plan. The foyer has a custom detailed staircase and opens to the great room with a large modern kitchen and breakfast room. In keeping with the modern farmhouse aesthetic, details are classic and refined, with molded trim, paneled doors, and hardwood floors throughout. Large, multi-pane windows provide abundant light in all rooms and emphasis the views beyond. A small guest cottage echoes the farmhouse feel with its board and batten siding and inviting front porch. Frazier Associates provided full architectural services for design of the house and cottage as well as interior design assistance for finishes and fixtures.
