Working in concert with the Conservation Fund and the Valley Conservation Council, Frazier Associates helped develop Better Models for Development in the Shenandoah Valley – a first-of-its-kind book that offers a vision for better development and appropriate growth on a regional level.
The book, using extensive photographs, strives to point out that economic development, architectural appropriateness, and environmental stewardship can be compatible goals. Communities do have choices. The audience for this publication includes realtors, developers, planners, government officials and citizens. The book is broadly distributed and applicable to communities throughout the Valley.
