Since 1986, Frazier Associates has been a leader in helping communities and individuals enhance their downtowns, neighborhoods, homes, and buildings. As a full-service architecture and planning firm, the firm specialized in downtown revitalization, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, urban infill, community planning, wayfinding, corridor planning, and residential design.

After 39 years of service to clients and communities, Frazier Associates will close at the end of June 2025. We have appreciated the opportunity to assist individuals, organizations, and communities across the Commonwealth and beyond with their design and preservation needs.
